With my Foodie BFF and fellow foodies in San Francisco, I went to Sorrel Restaurant for their Fourth Annual White Truffle and Barolo Dinner. Hearing so much about Chef Alexander Hong and Sorrel, I was very excited to taste all what they had to offer, and a few highlights of the tasting menu really stood out for me that night.

After fully paying off one of my student loans, I decided to take the plunge and treat myself by joining my “Foodie” BFF and a group fellow foodies in SF for Chef’s Tasting Menu at The French Laundry in Yountville in Napa Valley, CA.
In one of my walks to work from the Montgomery Street BART station to my office in Union Square, San Francisco, I stumbled upon Andersen Bakery, a Danish one, hidden down the stairs of the Crocker Galleria. Attracted by the arrangement of breads and pastries, I had to check it out.
